1) Position:Chief Operating Officer
Description: One of the leading Pension Fund Administrator seeks appoint a Chief Operating Officer to provide leadership for the company’s day to day operations as well as achieving operating and financial objectives

Key responsibilities will be;
• Ensure that plans and policies are consistently understood, correctly interpreted and administered by subordinate managers
• Map out, oversee and facilitate structures and procedures across all departments
• Lead and direct company staff, and oversee each departments’ specific areas of responsibility to achieve company goals and objectives
• Serve as bridge between functional heads in regards to cross functional tasks
• Assure the development of planning and control systems and other management systems that may be required to ensure effective control of the company
• Assist in developing the company’s strategic plan, the annual tactical business plans, the annual budgets

• A minimum of 10 years of general management experience as well as strong financial implications experience and proven vertical growth with P & L responsibilities
• French speaking
• Knowledge in supply chain functions including purchasing, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Strong knowledge of and experience with planning and budgeting
• Experience working in emerging markets, especially Africa
• Willing to travel in short notice

Description: One of the leading Pension Fund Administrator seeks appoint a General Manager, Marketing who is Proactive with a dynamic mindset to provide strategic direction to the company’s marketing initiatives and drive implementation of marketing plan towards improving the company’s brand awareness and market share in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities will be;
• Ensure that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet the company’s marketing objectives
• Develop suitable market penetration strategies for under-penetrated sectors of the Pension Fund Administrator market
• Manage the company’s marketing budget and develop marketing spend mix with the aim of ensuring the most effective allocation of the marketing spend

4) Position:Chief Financial Officer
Description: One of the leading Pension Fund Administrator seeks appoint a Chief Financial Officer to overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization in conjunction with the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities will be;
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability; oversee cash, investments, and asset management
• Maintain banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners. Represent company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors, and officials
• Develop and maintain strong relationships of trust and respect with analysts and investors, and respond to external requests for financial and strategic information in an accurate, appropriate, and timely manner
• Lead and develop a team of financial and operational leaders
• Manage and oversee all financial and business planning activities, including: Create and implement strategic plans, budgets, accounting practices and reporting processes

• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Chartered / Certified Accountant (ACCA, ICAN, CPA)
• A minimum of 5 years in senior financial function with controller and corporate finance reporting duties
• Prior leadership experience (preferably as a Chief Financial Officer) of large, complex, multi-divisional company
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to develop strong executive relationships
• Some experience in a Start-Up, rapidly growing environment is preferred
• Some travel required
