Recommend plans to improve Business Unit profitability.Assist in managing

* Ensure compliance with the Company's Accounting Standards (NAS)
* To work closely with BU Manager to develop, manage and control Business
Unit Profit and Loss Budgets/actual results
* Analyse and control BU Operational profitability
* Ad Hoc financial feasibility studies (eg:ROI)
* Monitor BU Financials, propose the develoment of effective controls to
BU Controller
* Roll-out new product launches, recommending the tools and resources
