| 1) Position: | Senior Manager: Investor Relations | | Description: | A leading telecommunications company seeks to appoint a Senior Manager: Investor Relations to build and manage the company’s capacity to effectively engage and maintain relationships with its strategic stakeholders within Investor Relations and maximise stakeholder communication opportunities to provide input and integrate an effective strategy.
Key responsibilities will be;
•Relationship Management: Lead the investor relations contact with Tier 1 clients and shareholders
•Roadshows and Results: Facilitate the (with Corporate affairs) results announcement events and ensure all disclosure requirements are met. Oversee schedules for road shows (list of available people for meetings, or address specific meeting requests)
•Integrated Reporting: Ensure that key messages in the annual report are in line with the company look and feel as well as position and strategy.
•Communication: Manage Corporate communication including Internal communication – position the “story, media, internal to manage shareholders
•Technical (legal, financial and project management): Responsible for Industrial Relations sections of the annual report in respect of operational and investor disclosure. You should also liaise with sponsoring broker and provide advice on investor targeting based on review of shareholder register.
Requirements will be;
•Business Degree, Maths or Engineering
•Post Graduate qualification (Charted Financial Analyst) would be advantageous
•5 years experience in Investor Relations /Financial Markets
•Good understanding of mobile telecoms industry advantageous/preferred

| 2) Position: | Senior Corporate Financier | | Description: | The main purpose of the job will be to build and grow a highly profitable Corporate Finance and Advisory business using our local presence across our African footprint
Requirements:
* The company will only look at cnadidates with NO LESS than 8 - 12 years working experience.
* Which 5 years should have been spent in an international role in a similar organization.
* MUST HAVE LISTING EXPERIENCE.
* Preference will be given to candidates that have a strong entreprenaurial background and a proven track record in building and growing an Advisory business, ideally not in a large bank environment.
* The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership and management experience with a proven ability in deal origination and business development.
* A good command of english, both written and verbal is required.

| 3) Position: | Institutional Sales Trader | | Description: | The main purpose will be to grow and manage foreign and regional (cross border) stockbroking deal flow and grow trading commission revenue of he Securities Group across Africa.
Requirements:
- International experience
- No less than 10 years working experience of which no less than 5 years should have been spent in an international financial services role or similar organization.
- Proven abilityin sales trading with an already established client distribution network.
- A good command of english both written and verbal
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with prospective clients to grow existing client base,

| 4) Position: | Institutional Equity Sales | | Description: | The main purpose of the job will be to further develop and grow the Institutional Equity Sales function of the Securities Group across Africa
Requirements:
* Strong sales experience
* Business development with an already estabilished client distribution network.
* No less than 10 years working experience of which no less than 5 years should have been spent in an International financial services role or similar organization.
* A good command of english, both written and verbal
Duties & Responsibilities:
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

- Draw up and maintain (in conjunction with trading) an account plan for every client
- Grow trading market share from existing clients
- Work with trading and research to convert prospective clients to active clients
- Co-ordinate, track and expedite client onboarding process
- Maintain current info packs for marketing purposes
- Maintain client database of current and prospective clients, including information about organizational structures, holdings fund mandates and sizes
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Aggresively sell research product to AA client base
- Organise and accompany (when necessary) analusts on local and international roadshows
- Facilitate flow of information between clients, trading and research
- Work with research and trading to identity and market investment ideas to clients
- Direct trades to trading desk, assist with sourcing clocks trades
